ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) — A family-friendly event took place in Rochester Saturday morning with the goal of reminding people about the importance of self-care. The non-profit hosted the free event to give attendees the opportunity to learn the many different ways to practice self-care. The kiddos also joined in on the fun doing yoga, tai chi and learning about music therapy. Local community partners such as Orangetheory Fitness, Tonic Juice Bar and more were also in attendance answering questions and providing tasting drinks. The fundraising event focused on providing helpful tips through wellness-inspired activities. Jordan Peterson's daughter announced the development Thursday on YouTube and Peterson himself tweeted a link to the video, saying, "At least life isn't dull."
